TDAS Support line

The TDAS Support Line offers a safe, confidential space to talk to someone who understands. It is open to anyone affected by domestic abuse, including:

  • Individuals currently or previously experiencing abuse
  • Family members, friends or carers concerned about someone else
  • Professionals supporting someone affected by abuse, such as GPs, social workers, teachers or housing officers

Our service is delivered by a compassionate and professionally trained team who offer non-judgemental, empathetic support tailored to your situation — whatever that may be.

How we can help

When you contact the Support Line, we can:

  • Offer a space to talk freely and safely
  • Provide advice and information about domestic abuse
  • Support you to understand your options and develop a safety plan
  • Signpost or refer you to relevant services, including our own support services (e.g. IDVA, outreach, CYP, or group programmes)
  • Help professionals make safe and appropriate referrals to TDAS

You do not need to be ready to leave your relationship or make a formal report — we’re here to listen and support you in whatever stage you’re in.

How to access support

You can be referred by a professional (e.g. GP, housing officer, social worker) or you can contact us directly to discuss whether the service is right for you.

You don’t have to go through this alone – our team is here to help you feel safe, supported and heard.

If you think you are experiencing domestic abuse, contact us for support and talk to a domestic abuse advisor at TDAS.
