TDAS hosts regular free, confidential legal clinics in partnership with specialist family solicitors. These sessions are available to anyone accessing TDAS services and provide expert guidance on:

  • Non-molestation and occupation orders
  • Child contact arrangements and family court navigation
  • Divorce and legal separation

Our Domestic Abuse Advisors are available before and after appointments to support survivors with preparation and decision – ensuring each person feels informed, empowered, and not alone.
