FAQs

How can I access the programme?

The course is facilitated by trained professionals in small group settings that value respect, honesty, and confidentiality. Many participants go on to complete our follow-up programme, Back to Me.

What group options are offered?

We offer women-only and men-only group programmes to ensure that participants feel safe, supported, and able to speak openly within a peer environment tailored to their experiences. These groups are facilitated by trained professionals and provide a confidential space where individuals can explore issues related to domestic abuse, recovery, and empowerment. While we are committed to maintaining single-gender environments for these sessions, it is important to note that some of our venues are located in shared buildings, and communal areas may not be exclusive to one gender. However, all group sessions take place in private rooms with appropriate safeguarding measures in place to uphold the integrity and safety of the space

Can I self-refer or be referred after the programme?

Self-referral and professional referrals are accepted.
