Supportive sessions where people can build confidence, understand their experiences and develop tools for moving forward.
Our group programmes provide a safe and supportive space to explore the impact of domestic abuse and begin moving forward. They are designed to help you build confidence, develop understanding and connect with others who may have had similar experiences.
Through guided sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect, learn and gain tools to support your wellbeing and future relationships. Our programmes are delivered in a respectful and non-judgemental environment, with support available throughout.
How to access support
You can be referred by a professional (e.g. GP, housing officer, social worker) or you can contact us directly to discuss whether the service is right for you.
You don’t have to go through this alone – our team is here to help you feel safe, supported and heard.
