If you are experiencing domestic abuse, you are not alone. We provide a range of support for adults to help you stay safe, understand your options and move forward at your own pace.

How We Can Support You

We offer a range of support tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Whether you need immediate help or ongoing support, we will work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you.

Our team provides confidential one to one support, safety planning and practical guidance to help you understand your options and make informed choices. We can support you with housing, accessing other services and rebuilding your independence and confidence.

Specialist Programmes and Support

We provide specialist programmes and tailored support for adults who may face additional barriers in accessing services or who need extra support alongside their experience of abuse.

This includes support for those affected by mental health, substance use or other challenges that may impact their ability to access or engage with support. Our approach is flexible, person centred and designed to meet you where you are, helping you move forward safely.

If you think you are experiencing domestic abuse, contact us for support and talk to a domestic abuse advisor at TDAS.
