We treat everything you share with us as confidential. The only times we may share information without your consent are when:

• A child or adult is at serious risk of harm
• You tell us about intent to harm yourself or another person
• There is disclosure of serious criminal activity

In all cases, we will always try to obtain your consent first and explain why a decision is being made. Your safety and trust are our top priorities.

The locations of our refuge properties are kept confidential to protect our residents and our staff.
