Referring a child or young person

The information you provide will help us understand the needs of the child or young person and ensure they receive the most appropriate support. Please complete the form with as much detail as you feel able to share.

As a victim service, we do not contact alleged perpetrators or share information with them. If both parents/carers are identified as alleged perpetrators, please provide details of a safe third-party contact (e.g. school or social worker) and ensure they are aware of the referral.
